طرح آموزش و پرورش غيردولتي رايگان

اينكه كل آموزش و هزينه هاي آن را دولت بپردازد امري نشدني است و لذا مي بينيم طرح هاي گوناگوني همچون كمك هاي مردمي ، انجمن اوليا و مربيان ، مدارس ملي ، غير انتفاعي، مدارس نمونه و غيره هرساله اجرا مي شود . در سيستم آموزشي آمريكا بدليل وسعت مزارع و عدم امكان جمع آوري دانش اموزان در خارج از شهرها و در بسياري از كشورهاي ديگر سيستم آموزش غير متمركز از نوع دانشگاه پيام نور براي تحصيلات ابتدائي ،راهنمائي و اجباري نيز ديده شده است . اما همه اينها يك ايراد اساسي دارد: هزينه بر و پرمشقت است. اما طرح بدون هزينه و يا هزينه هاي دلپذير! هم وجود دارد كه به چند مورد آن اشاره مي شود:

2- هزينه هاي دلپذير! مردم بسياري دوست دارند فرزندانشان در كلاس هاي مختلف شركت نمايند! مثلا كودكي را از سن شش سالگي به كلاس ويلن مي فرستند و تا ده سل هم بايد برود و هرترم 250هزار تومان بدهد تا كمي ويلن ياد بگيرد. يا ده ها ترم زبان انگليسي را دركلاس هاي مختلف با شهريه هاي گران مي روند . كلاس كنكور هم كه قوز بالا قوز است ! جالب است كه كلاس كنكور در زماني كه كنكور به معني واقعي وجود داشت چندان مهم نبود ولي الان كه ظرفيت دانشگاه ها هر سال بيشتر و تعداد شركت كنند گان هرسال كمتر مي شود و نزديك است تا تمام كساني كه شركت مي كنند قبول شوند، ولي كاخ هاي شركت هاي كمك درسي و كنكورباني هر روز زرق و برقشان بيشتر شده ميروند تا بجاي گاج مثلا كاخ سعد آباد را بسازند يا بجاي قلمچي كاخ علم و دربار را بي اعتبار نمايند! اين نوع هزينه ها را هزينه هاي دلپذير مي ناميم چراكه شخص با دلي آرام وقلبي مطمئن به كاخ سازي كنكور بانان مي روند و از برافراشته شدن كاخ آنان خوشحال هم هستند!... لذا ميتوان مثلا آموزش زبان انگليسي را كلا از متون درسي حذف كرد زيرا آن قدر آموزشگاه وجود دارد كه اگر كسي حتي نخواهد هم ياد بگيرد بخاطر مسائل حاشيه اي آن به آن جا برود! آن هم نه يك ترم و دو ترم كه سال هاي سال! والبته به جاي زبان استعماري انگليسي ميتوان زبان محلي را در متون درسها گذاشت تا از يكسو از تحقير هويتي دانش آموزان محلي جلو گيري كرد واز سوي ديگر ميراث ماندگار ملي و قومي را حفظ كرد زيرا فلسفه آموزش زبان انگليسي درست در نقطه مقابل اين طرز تفكر است كساني كه زبان انگليسي را ياد مي گيرند در درجه اول بايد ياد بگيرند كه زبان مادري خود را فراموش كنند و يا آن را تحقير نمايند. حال اين زبان مادري مي تواند زبان شيرين فارسي باشد يا لهجه شيرازي و اصفهاني و يا گويش كردي و تركي و بلوچي و.. لذا در اجراي طرح ها بايد غيرت ملي و اسلامي را هم زنده كرد نه آنكه با تشكيل كلاس هاي زبان و يا موزيك غربي به جنگ لباس و فرهنگ و هويت ايراني رفت
